How much does delivery cost?
Our website automatically calculates a fair and competitive delivery charge based on the weight, length and distance of your order from our workshop to your delivery address.
Simply add your items to the basket and enter your delivery address. The delivery cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

When can I expect my delivery?
Once you have added your items to the basket and entered your delivery address, our website will automatically calculate your estimated delivery timeframe.
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, while more remote locations may take approximately 3–7 working days.
If your order requires bespoke machining, curved mouldings or additional manufacturing due to insufficient stock, our website will automatically calculate the additional lead time.

How much does it cost to return my order?
Returning timber mouldings can be costly, particularly for smaller orders, so we recommend considering whether a return is financially worthwhile.
The original delivery charge is non-refundable, and a separate collection charge will apply, generally equivalent to the original delivery cost. This also applies to exchanges, as our drivers operate scheduled multi-drop delivery routes rather than collection services.
A restocking fee of £25 + VAT per pack also applies.
For smaller orders, the combined collection and restocking charges may exceed the value of the goods, making it more cost-effective to keep them.
All returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
