• Need an invoice for previous order?
  All invoices can be viewed and downloaded by logging into your account. You may have more than one account.
  
  Your account page has been laid out into separate tabs for Orders, Invoices, Estimates & Credit notes to make it easier for you to navigate through.

• Return costs for orders?
  Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and be unused as received. Items must be re-packed to same standard. Machined or bespoke mouldings are non-returnable.
  
  Note that delivery charges are not refundable. Occasionally returning outweighs the order value.
  
  The returns charge is delivery cost + return cost + £25 restocking fee per pack. If over 300kg then there's a charge of £20 for every 35kg on the pallet.

• Do i have to meet the minimum order on all in stock mouldings?
  Meet the minimum on the first item in your shopping cart then you can order as little as one length of other products.
• How to order more than the stock showing?
  Ordering from stock ensures the fastest delivery times, but if you need more this can be catered for. Click the I need more button below the lengths in stock and enter the total meterage needed.
  
  Note that because it is not from stock delivery will generally take [working_days_machined] working days from your order.
  
  
  If the I need more button is not showing for a timber type then you can only choose from the lengths listed. This is usually because that stock is on sale to clear.
• Samples for single items
  If you are requesting a sample for a single item at the present time you would need to order the minimum amount as shown on the product.
