Planed for a smooth finish, they’re intended purely fixing elements for connecting compound profiles or cladding support. Unlike joinery or cabinet-grade timber, these don’t require the strict straightness or precise tolerances needed for doors or fine joinery. Intended for straightforward support where minor deviations won’t affect the end function.
We have lots of mouldings in stock. If you can find a similar profile in stock this will be dispatched to you a lot quicker. See more Par Planed Square Edge

Before you order
When can I expect my delivery?
Once you have added your items to the basket and entered your delivery address, our website will automatically calculate your estimated delivery timeframe.
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, while more remote locations may take approximately 3–7 working days.
If your order requires bespoke machining, curved mouldings or additional manufacturing due to insufficient stock, our website will automatically calculate the additional lead time.
Your estimated delivery timeframe will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Do I have to meet the minimum order on all in-stock mouldings?
You must meet the minimum on at least one item in your cart.
Once you meet the minimum on the first item in your order then you can order as little as one length of additional products.
How to order more than the stock showing?
Ordering from stock ensures the fastest delivery times, but if you need more this can be catered for. Click the I need more button below the lengths in stock and enter the total meterage needed.
Note that because it is not from stock delivery will generally take 5 - 8 working days from your order.
If the I need more button is not showing for a timber type then you can only choose from the lengths listed. This is usually because that stock is on sale to clear.
(Also known as poplar) for internal use.
This is an extremely versatile tight grain hardwood; it is an ideal quality moulding timber. Stains or polishes well.
Poplar can be used for a paint finish, as it is free from the grain found in softwood so less “rubbing down” is necessary to obtain a very smooth surface.
